Slade Monroe talks about playing Wheatie on "12 Mighty Orphans"

Slade Monroe recently joined host Elias in the cave! Slade stars as Wheatie on 12 Mighty Orphans. The film follows the remarkable true story of the "Mighty Mites" Texas football team who stole the nation’s heart during the Great Depression. Slade plays the the character of Wheatie, the quarterback and leader of the team. Slade took what he could from the book “12 Mighty Orphans” and filled in the blanks with his own experiences and the characteristics from fellow players on his football teams growing up.
Born and raised right outside of Dallas, Texas, actor Slade Monroe knew he had the performers spark from an early age. Slade gives credit to both major and minor moments that led him to begin taking acting classes to pursue a career on the big screen whether it was creating stories with toys or watching his first musical, the local stage adaptation of Gene Wilder’s “Young Frankenstein,”. While in high school, Slade juggled the school football team and acting in the drama club. Having a love for both, Slade was put in a position to pick one over the other due to an academic scheduling conflict. Ultimately, he chose to follow his greater passion and focus his attention down that path; the stage.

Morgan David Jones recently joined host Elias in the cave! Morgan stars as Jack Frost on Netflix's Jupiter's Legacy. The series follows the story of the world's first superheroes who received their powers in the 1930s. In the present day, they are the revered elder guard but their super-powered children struggle to live up to the legendary feats of their parents.
Morgan David Jones is a graduate of Australia's leading acting school. He is most known for Aaron Sorkin's film Molly's Game, with television credits including Damnation, Designated Survivor, Reign and Supernatural. He is a voice actor on the popular video game series Assassins Creed: Syndicate.
Morgan worked alongside Cate Blanchett and Joel Edgerton in the international tour of 'A Streetcar Named Desire', he was then nominated for a Helen Hayes Award for Outstanding Supporting Performer for his role in this production.

Samantha Win talks about her role as Chambers in Army of the Dead

Samantha Win recently joined host Elias in the cave! You recently saw Samantha as Chambers in Zack Snyder's Army of the Dead. We talk about how Samantha got into acting, stunts, her role in the movie & more!
Samantha was born in Barrie, Ontario, Canada and at age 11, Samantha dipped her toe into theindustry after winning “Child of the Year” at the Model and Talent Search Canada in 2002. Fromhere, she studied at the Toronto Academy of Acting and appeared in numerous commercialsand on several print ads for companies like Sears and The May Company. She also took up anew Martial Art called “Wushu” (at Sunny Tang Martial Arts) which is a performance-basedstyle most recognizable as the style that Jet-Li practices. Knowing that it would only help hercareer in the performing arts, she moved to Richmond Hill, dedicated her life to the sport andwent on the become a member of the National Wushu Team representing Canada at variousinternational competitions. She is a double Gold-medalist in the 2006 and 2008 Pan-AmericanWushu Championships, Bronze medalist in the 2007 World Wushu Championships and evenwent on to compete in the 2008 Olympic Exhibition Wushu Event in Beijing as part of TeamCanada.
It is after her Wushu feat that she got her first introductions into the Hollywood industry. Byage 18 and with a filmography that already included Scott Pilgrim vs. The World and SuckerPunch (in which she stunt-doubled Jena Malone), Samantha moved to Los Angeles to furtherpursue her acting career. It is here that she landed the breakout role of “Kitana” in the MortalKombat: Legacy web-series as well as “Car-vex” in the superhero blockbuster: Man of Steel.

Justin Stiver talks about playing Roman on Passionflix's film Wicked

Actor Justin Stiver recently joined host Elias in the cave! Justin stars as ‘Roman’ in the upcoming Passionflix film, Wicked (The Wicked Trilogy), set to be released this week.
Wicked tells the story of Ivy, a college student, who knows humans aren’t the only thing trolling the French Quarter. After losing everything, she’s sworn to hunt the creatures who tore her world and heart apart. Roman is a Fae, one of the otherworldly creatures that Ivy and the members of the Order are out to hunt. Wicked is an adaptation of the first book in Jennifer L. Armentrout’s Wicked Trilogy.
Justin can most recently be seen on HBO’s “The Deuce” starring James Franco and Maggie Gyllenhaal. Before this role, he got his big break, hilariously enough, playing sexy Abe Lincoln in multiple skits on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. From there he has gone on to appear in a wide range of TV shows.

Tyler Mane talks about playing Blackstar on Netflix's Jupiter's Legacy

Tyler Mane recently joined host Elias in the cave! Tyler stars as Blackstar the villain on Netflix's Jupiter's Legacy. The series follows the story of the world's first superheroes who received their powers in the 1930s. In the present day, they are the revered elder guard but their super-powered children struggle to live up to the legendary feats of their parents. Blackstar is responsible for the genocide of one alien species, and it is up to the Union of Justice to stop him from destroying Earth.
Tyler briefly played semi-pro football, before his childhood dream of becoming a professional wrestler began. From 1986-1999, he wrestled professionally, all over the world, for the WCW and the UWF, as “Big Sky,” with his tag team partner, Kevin Nash, as the evil Nitron. Tyler hung up his wrestling boots in 1999, and fully immersed himself in acting when he realized that was his dream. His acting debut began in 2000, when he starred as Sabretooth in Marvel Studio’s “X-Men.”
Additional film credits include Paramount Pictures’ “Playing with Fire,” opposite John Cena and Keegan-Michael Key, Warner Brothers’ “Troy,” opposite Brad Pitt, Columbia Pictures’ “Joe Dirt,” Universal Pictures’ “The Scorpion King,” Rob Zombie’s “Halloween” where Mane starred as Michael Myers, and Lionsgate’s “The Devil’s Rejects,” to name a few.

Alan took an interest in acting at the early age of 8. At 15 years old, he attended Julia Richman High School in NYC, where he enrolled in the school's Talent Unlimited Program for theater. It was here that he began to gain the experience that would later land him prominent roles in hit shows like 'POWER', 'The Good Wife', 'Blue Bloods', 'The Following', 'Orange is the New Black' and many more
After more than 20 years in the entertainment industry, Alan shows no signs of slowing down. He is gearing up to start filming a movie that will air on BET later this year
