Malube Uhindu-Gingala recently joined host Elias in the cave! You can see Malube as Tarika Hill in the new highly anticipated medical drama series Five Days at Memorial which premiered on AppleTV+ on August 12th.
Based on actual events and adapted from the book by Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist Sheri Fink, Five Days at Memorial chronicles the impact of Hurricane Katrina and its aftermath on a local hospital. When the floodwaters rose, power failed and heat soared, exhausted caregivers at a New Orleans hospital were forced to make decisions that would follow them for years to come.

Drea de Matteo recently joined host Elias in the cave! You can catch Drea in her latest film 'COLLIDE' Starring Ryan Phillippe, Kat Graham, Jim Gaffigan, Aisha Dee, Dylan Flashner, David Cade, David James Elliot, and Paul Ben-Victor, now in theaters and VOD.
COLLIDE- A gripping thriller chronicling three couples over the course of one fateful night in an LA restaurant. Hunter (Ryan Phillippe) finds himself on an awkward blind date with the captivating Tamira (Kat Graham), while a busboy (Dylan Flashner) and his girlfriend (Aisha Dee) are hiding mounds of cocaine to score a big payday, and outside, Peter (Jim Gaffigan) sits in his car observing his wife's (Drea de Matteo) infidelity with the restaurant’s manager (David Cade). Though all strangers, their stories are weaved together as they hurl towards an explosive end.
Drea is best known for her role as Adriana La Cerva on the HBO television drama The Sopranos (1999–2006), for which she received the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series in 2004. Other notable roles include Gina Tribbiani on Joey (2004–2006), Wendy Case on Sons of Anarchy (2008–2014), Angie Bolen on Desperate Housewives (2009–2010), and Detective Tess Nazario on Shades of Blue (2016–2018).

Inspired by the life and stand-up of star and co-creator Chris Estrada, "This Fool" is an irreverent, cinematic half-hour comedy set in working class South Central Los Angeles. The show centers around Julio Lopez, a 30-year-old who still lives at home, has been dating his girlfriend on and off since high school, and finds any excuse to avoid dealing with his own problems. Julio works at Hugs Not Thugs, a gang rehabilitation non-profit, where he butts heads with his older cousin Luis, an ex-gang member who just got out of prison and moved in with Julio and his family.

Neon Lights - is a new thriller that follows Clay Amani (Dana Abraham) a tech-tycoon who is on the verge of a hostile take over while also trying to get a handle on his mental health. Taking his therapist's advice Clay retreats to an off the grid location and hosts a family reunion with his estranged adopted siblings. However, secrets are revealed and old resentments boil to the surface. The reunion soon becomes even more dangerous when guests begin to disappear.
Directed by Rouzbeh Heydari (Together Again), Dana Abraham (Prisoner of Fear) wrote the film and stars in the movie along with Brenna Coates ("Coroner"), Brit MacRae ("The Eden Theory"), Stephen Tracey ("Good Sam"), Rene Escobar, Jr. ("Air Crash Investigation"), Erika Swayze ("Workin' Moms"), Lauren Howe ("Reacher") and Kim Coates ("Sons of Anarchy").

Young love's the topic of so many films, but rarely is it handled with earnest, authentic grace, as we see in "Icon". Anchored in the touching performances of Parker Padgett and Devon Hales, audiences will find themselves moved much like fellow beloved indie film "The Spectacular Now." When a surprise pregnancy forces Sam to face many brutal realities of adulthood and responsibility, things spiral rapidly out of control as he simultaneously tries to fight to find his own truth: why his absent father hasn't been in his life since he was one and is only a fading memory.
"Icon" was inspired by a true story and stars Parker Padgett ("Surviving Lunch") and Devon Hales (Netflix's "Teenage Bounty Hunters," "Stan Against Evil"), along with Julia Denton ("The Fundamentals of Caring," "Geostorm"), Tony Demil (Succession," "Zola"), Bryce Anthony Heller ("Education in Love," "Cobra's World"), and the feature film debut of Ronald Sansone.
Adapted from an award-winning short that won the presidents' award at Ringling College of Art & Design, "Icon" was filmed in Ahedo's hometown of Saint Petersburg, Florida, just prior to the pandemic. The story pulls elements from his childhood growing up in the mid 90's through the early 2000s in Florida.

Vaughan, Paper Girls is a high-stakes personal journey depicted through the eyes of four girls, played by breakout leads Camryn Jones as Tiffany Quilkin, Riley Lai Nelet as Erin Tieng, Sofia Rosinsky as Mac Coyle, and Fina Strazza as KJ Brandman. Ali Wong also stars as the grown-up version of Erin, with Nate Corddry as Larry, and Adina Porter as Prioress.
In the early morning hours after Halloween 1988, four paper girls-Erin, Mac, Tiffany, and KJ-are out on their delivery route when they become caught in the crossfire between warring time-travelers, changing the course of their lives forever. Transported into the future, these girls must figure out a way to get back home to the past, a journey that will bring them face-to-face with the grown-up versions of themselves. While reconciling that their futures are far different than their 12-year-old selves imagined, they are being hunted by a militant faction of time-travelers known as the Old Watch, who have outlawed time travel so that they can stay in power. In order to survive, the girls will need to overcome their differences and learn to trust each other, and themselves.
