Jacob Buster stars in ”Let The Right One In” on Showtime

Jacob Buster recently joined host Elias in the cave! Jacob stars as one of the leads in Showtime's Let The Right One In" horror series. Inspired by the bestselling novel by John Ajvide Lindqvist and its 2008 Swedish film adaptation, the series explores human frailty, strength and compassion through an elevated genre lens. It follows the story of a father (Demain Bichir) / daughter (Madison Taylor Baez) relationship and what it means to protect the ones you love. Buster plays Peter, brother to Grace Gummer's character Claire, a relationship that is brand new to the storyline. As Peter is banished to the lab, Claire is determined to help cure him.

The CW's "Kung Fu" is a reimagining of the 1970s series and is set in the present day with a female in the lead role. The new version has been lauded for being the first network drama with a predominantly Asian American cast.
Born in Taipei but raised in Canada, Dorren also has a recurring role on season 4 of CBC's highly acclaimed authentic legal drama "Diggstown". "Diggstown" is a powerful series that highlights the very real inequities that exist in the Canadian legal system and has never shied away from delving into issues of class, race, and gender. BET+ aired season 3 in the US and may pick up season 4 in 2023. Having immigrated to Canada with her family at a young age, Dorren related immensely to her character's struggles, both having to carve their own path and shape their own identities in spite of cultural and familial expectations.
